CLASSICS kicks off 2018 at the very tip-top of the movie mountain. In the 2 times the American Film Institute has made their list of the 100 greatest American films, "Citizen Kane" has topped the list both times. And even more, it is usually at the top of most all-time film lists. But why is that? It could be the savant Writer, Director, Producer, Star; it could be the ridiculously ahead-of-its-time cinematography and editing techniques. Or it could be all of these things.
